“Oh, my,” said Mother as she looked where Mary was pointing. “What a lovely double rainbow!”

“Double rainbow?” questioned Mary.

Sure enough. When they turned back to look at the rainbow again, there were two curved bows of color, one with lighter colors than the other.

The family stood watching the rainbows until the colors gradually faded and the rainbows were gone.
